JJack is a talented and highly skilled designer with strong communications skills, both verbally and graphically. He is a critical thinker, and is highly proficient in the use of drafting and graphic aids AutoCAD, Adobe suite, and Google Sketchup. Jack has worked on a variety of project types and has established experience in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, streetscapes, public parks and squares, exhibit landscapes, cemetery design, education grounds, playgrounds, and residential landscapes, as well as master planning and urban design guidelines.

Through Jack’s experience, he has developed a strong understanding in construction and a keen interest in the design of the built environment. He has considerable experience as both project manager and lead design on a number of projects. Most recently, Jack has worked on state infrastructure projects Melbourne Metro Tunnel and the Clyde Rd Level Crossing Removal Project, the later for which he was design lead. Jack has specialised experience in playground design, having designed and delivered the Jennings St Autism School, and a number of playgrounds throughout Victorian parks and schools.

Jack gains enjoyment and inspiration from theories and projects from around the world, as well as from less directly related forms of art and literature. He is a firm believer in the benefits good design can make to society.
